Terms of Service

By creating an account or installing the Grow By Lead Chrome extension you agree to these Terms with Grow By Lead, the operator of the service. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

Grow By Lead scans public business websites you choose and saves the findings — contact details, social media links, detected technologies, and page analysis — into your dashboard, where you can organise them with a built-in mini CRM and export them.

Keep your license key confidential. A key binds to the device that first uses it and to the number of devices your plan allows; you can reset the binding from your dashboard at any time. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Do not share, resell, or publish your key.

• Scan only websites you are permitted to research.
• Follow the marketing, privacy, and anti-spam laws that apply where you and your prospects are.
• Do not circumvent daily scan limits, device binding, or plan restrictions.
• Do not resell, rent, or sublicense access to the service or your license key.
• Do not reverse engineer, tamper with, or automate abuse of the extension or API.
• Do not use scan results to harass anyone or to build a list you then sell as your own product.

The results you scan and the notes you add belong to you. We store them so the product works and show them only to you — we do not sell them or share them for advertising. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, and display that data back to you, and to provide support when you ask for it. See the Privacy Policy for detail.

Saved leads, contacts, CRM data and detailed scan evidence remain available in your account on Free, Starter and Pro, without an automatic age-based expiry. You can hide your leads or ask us to erase your account data. CSV, Excel, JSON, and JSONL exports are available on paid plans.

Grow By Lead GPT produces analysis, scores, and suggested outreach as guidance only. It is not professional, legal, or financial advice, and results may be incomplete or out of date. Check anything material before you contact a business or make a commercial decision.

• The free plan is available with a daily scan limit; paid plans raise those limits.
• Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled from the Billing page.
• Cancelling keeps access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Refund requests made within 7 days of a charge are honoured in full.
• Prices may change with notice; a period you already paid for is never re-priced.
• Payments and invoices are handled by Stripe; taxes may be added where required.

We improve the product continuously, so features may be added, changed, or retired. We aim for high availability but cannot promise uninterrupted service — maintenance, provider outages, and changes to third-party websites can all affect scans.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put the service or other users at risk. You may close your account at any time from Settings; export your data first, as closure removes it.

The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Grow By Lead is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
