How we score a lead: the six signals behind every match article cover image

Every lead in Grow By Lead is scored 0–100 across six independent signals. A high score means the business already has its online presence sorted — which usually means they're a harder, slower sale. A low score is your best opportunity.

The six signals

1. Website availability

Does the business have a working site at all? We check DNS, HTTP status, and uptime over 14 days.

2. Website quality

Lighthouse performance, accessibility, and SEO scores; mobile responsiveness; HTTPS; broken links — captured the same way Qrinux Lead Lens scans a page in your browser.

3. SEO signals

Title and meta presence, H1 structure, structured data, indexed pages, and brand-name ranking.

4. Contact visibility

Phone, email, address, and contact form on the homepage. This is the single biggest conversion blocker for service SMBs.

5. Social demand

Google Business profile activity, recent reviews, and Facebook/Instagram presence. Postly tracks public service-request posts on top of this — demand without supply equals opportunity.

6. Outreach-ready business context

Industry, location, employee count, and decision-maker contact — everything you need to personalize the first email without leaving the platform.

How to actually use the score

Filter for businesses scoring 30–60. They have enough revenue to pay you, and enough gaps to make your pitch obvious.
  • Above 75 → an incumbent agency probably already has the account
  • Below 25 → often pre-revenue or abandoned — skip unless you sell starter packages
  • 30–60 is the sweet spot for cold outreach close rate
